Dana was appointed to First United Methodist Church - Whitesboro in July of 2024. She is passionate about helping our church family continually stretch and grow, always seeking to go in the direction God is leading us. It’s exciting to her to watch this process transform the church from the inside out. Her prayer is that our living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ will make our entire community more like God’s kingdom!

Dana has an awesome husband and two sweet boys that keep them hopping!  She loves spending time doing just about anything with her family and friends!  She also loves the mountains of Colorado!

Jake is a graduate of Southern Methodist University holding a Master's Degree in Music Composition and he is in progress to complete his Master of Divinity Degree. He puts his musical talents to work in the youth and music ministries of our church. He enjoys Wesleyan studies and teaching music to high school and college students.

Kaelan grew up in Whitesboro and attended First Baptist Church in Whitesboro with her family. She graduated from Whitesboro High School and completed her college education at Texas Woman’s University, with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education for Early Childhood through 6th grade, along with a Certification in Special Education for Early Childhood through 6th grade. For the past 3 years, she has been a Special Education Teacher, until the summer of 2023 when she welcomed a new baby girl to her family.
Kaelan and her husband, Dustin, live in Lake Kiowa with their 3 children. Bentley (13),  Briley (11), and Bailey (4 months old). She enjoys traveling to places where her family can enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, and many other outdoor activities.

Jamie has an associates degree in business management and is currently working on her bachelor's degree . She has worked as on office admin for E.G Enterprise before coming to FUMC Whitesboro. For her, it has been a blessing and a great change. Jamie loves  to bake and grill. She is married to Erin Garriott and has three children: Pepper, ParsLee, and Sage. They love to live on their ranch and ride around,  spending time as a family.

Carol is our worship coordinator which means she makes everything happen! From Scripture readers to organizing Communion servers, Carol makes the worship service run smoothly. She would love to meet you and help you get connected to worship.

Linda has a number of roles at the church. She currently  serves by leading the Bell Choir, which performs regularly in our worship services. She is also a Stephen's Minister, helping others by being a listening ear when they need it most.
