Children

Join us for Sunday School at 9:30am every Sunday! Our children use the Orange Curriculum. We know that as church leaders, we only get to meet with your children for a small amount of time! This is why we picked Orange Curriculum. It is a great tool to help align church leaders and parents around one common goal: to nurture relationships between God and our children.  We want to connect with parents and support the primary faith influencers (parents and caregivers) in every child’s life.

Join us for dinner and children’s bible study every Wednesday Night during the school year. We use Wednesday evenings to deepen our understanding of the weekly bible story. Our lessons mimic the flow of Sunday morning activities by implementing the use of videos, bible scripture readings, small group discussions, crafts, games, and prayer.

Orange Curriculum Kids 252 is targeted for Elementary aged children and is centered around one core truth, “‘Love God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” ~Matthew 22 : 37-39
 
Within this one core truth our children learn three basic truths: I can trust God no matter what, I should treat others the way I want to be treated, and I need to make the wise choice. These bible studies follow the natural rhythm of the school year making the material even more relatable for our children and their families.
 
Our Sunday School bible story teachings include engaging activities that encourage our children to explore, imagine, create, reflect, connect, move, and play! We incorporate the use of videos, games, crafts, small group discussions, and prayer.
Our Parent Cue App and weekly devotionals help parents continue the conversation about God.
